Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

We are currently searching for SMP Supervisor (specialising in Rotating Equipment) to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

About the role:

  • Forklift operations to assist with moving materials
  • Ensuring the company’s inventory items are maintained in appropriate condition and environment.
  • Maintain stores area to a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams for seamless coordination.
  • Freight dispatch including logistics and distribution of parts

What you will bring to the team/Qualifications you will bring to the team:

  • Construction White/Blue Card
  • Current Forklift License and Working at Height
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience working FIFO in a warehouse role, would be an advantage.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Current “C Class” Manual Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
  • Full Working Rights in Australia
